Mountain View is comprised of 255 single family homes that are low maintenance and offer floor plans useful for downsizing. This subdivision was created between 2001 and 2004 and offer 1,226 to 2,089 square feet of living space. There are two to three bedrooms, up to three bathrooms, and each home has an attached two-car garage. Many homes have views of the golf course as well as hardwood floors, plantation shutters, and spacious fenced yards.
Amenities include a clubhouse that has an exercise room, library, tennis courts, a swimming pool, and spa as well as many activities like water aerobics, pickleball, card games, billiards, fashion shows, and golf outings. There are also many walking and hiking trails. Residents are in a great California Inland Empire location that is attractive to snowbirds while being close to services, stores, and restaurants.

Moreno Valley is one of the younger cities in the region and is a part of Riverside County and the San Bernardino-Riverside Metropolitan area. It became the second largest as far as population in the county by the 2000s. There are two major medical facilities in Moreno Valley. Kaiser Permanente Community Hospital offers basic emergency services. The Riverside County Regional Medical Center has basic services as well as a Level II Trauma Center.
